Welcome to the new Unreal Campaign Blog, a space to share news, resources and updates on anticounterfeiting. This Blog will also promote tips on how to stay safe and healthy, and how avoid giving money to scammers and criminals.
The International Trademark Association (INTA) launched the Unreal Campaign in 2012. The Unreal Campaign has reached more than 90,000 students in 59 jurisdictions worldwide through informative presentations. INTA member volunteers are conducting these in-person educational workshops and seminars in schools and universities. Sessions include topics such as the dangers of counterfeit goods, how to identify fake products, the importance of supporting legitimate businesses and routes to careers in IP.
We held and organized 96 presentation in 2024, reaching over 6,328 students across a range of jurisdictions including Brazil, India, Madagascar, New Zealand, Nigeria, Italy, and the United States.
The Unreal Campaign is regularly posting on social media to share the information and knowledge about the dangers of counterfeit goods (check us out on Instagram @Unrealcampaign and TikTok @unrealcampaign).
